Delivery
Pleasure Cave will NOTship outside the country of Australia. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. The delivery time for each order is based on the Availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7-21 working days. In the case where multiple products are ordered together, available items will be shipped immediately, outstanding products will be shipped as they become available. In circumstances where a particular product will be delayed for a lengthy time, Pleasure Cave will endeavour to advise the customer of the situation and make any arrangements or adjustments necessary. We are more than happy to deliver to P.O Box
Upon Receipt Of Order
The customer is required to visually check the goods for signs of damage BEFORE accepting the delivery. In cases where the consignment is damaged in transit, the customer must decline the delivery and contact Pleasure Cave as soon as possible. Before opening any product boxes, please check that you have been sent the correct product. Pleasure Cave can only accept return products in their original condition - please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Return Policy
Pleasure Cave DOES NOT offer a money-back guarantee. All purchases are final, and will only be eligible for return in the case of a fault or warranty issue. All returns of this nature MUST include original packaging,
original owners manuals, warranty card and any included accessories, remote control, and/or power cords that came with the product. All returns will be at the senders expense.
Return Procedure
In order to return a product, you must contact us prior to sending product back. No returns will be accepted unless prior discussion has been made. Shipping for returned goods will be at the senders expense.
Ship the product(s) prepaid and insured to the location provided by Pleasure Cave. If the item is a defective exchange, Pleasure Cave will pay the return shipping costs for the replacement item. All shipments sent to Pleasure Cave must be insured for an amount equal to or exceeding the value of the product being returned. Pleasure Cave will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, Pleasure Cave will inspect and test the returned product. If a product is returned as defective, but is not found to be defective upon technical inspection, Pleasure Cave will at our discretion deduct the standard restocking fees (subject to our Return Policy) plus shipping costs, or return the product to the customer at the customers expense.
Reservation Of Title
Title for all goods dispatched remains with Pleasure Cave until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, Pleasure Cave can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods. Customers acknowledge that they hold all goods from Pleasure Cave as bailees until title passes.
